I think that xenophobia is also present even with people who are the victims of xenophobia?

    Both are synonymous in the sentience  that both are based on hatred . xenophobia refers to hatred to all the people of other countries where as racism is more deep  in as much as that a person hates people of his own country too considering their color ( especially ) creed or religion too like A USA white person may hate colored people or Muslims and other religion persons than the religion he does practice

         A report by the Human Sciences Research Council identified four broad causes for the violence: relative deprivation, specifically intense competition for jobs, commodities and housing; group processes, including psychological categorization processes that are nationalistic rather than super ordinate . To avoid the given causes may help a long way to get rid of it
