Why do I still see cockroaches outside and it's cold?

    They're the Canadian cockroach variety often called the Canada Dry cockroach, sometimes called The Anne Murray Roach. They're used to the cold since they migrated from Greenland via the North Pole.

    They are contemplating on how to find a way into your house to get out of the cold.

    They're an adaptable and very resilient species, and subjected to Frozen 2 reruns over the past year. 

    The cold doesn't bother them anymore.

    It's not that cold in most places, October is just before they die, this is the time they try to get in buildings more because it's cold but not freezing.
