In 2019, I came in super chubby at 205 pounds. Over the summer of 2019, I lost 70 pounds. Going down to 135, and it seems as if I've gained muscle since then because now I'm 151 and my torso is slimmer. But the thing is, I still have an some upper body fat to lose. I basically went from super chubby to skinny fat. I want to lose the extra belly fat, love handles, and chest fat, and get lean. I've been on my workout plan for 2 months now doing multiple rounds of ab excercises while eating better. It seems as though my lower abs are starting to flatten, but my upper abs are sticking out and they're not shrinking. They're flaring out and making me look bloated. What do I do?

I plan on taking the ASVAB at the MEPS but first my recruiter wants me to get a 40 on the practice test before he sends me there. I got a 32 the first time and the 22 the 2nd time because i didnt study the night before and thought I had it in the bag. I've seen so many study guides and nearly all of them have mostly different words than the other ones. What words will be on the actual asvab and how many?
