I've been doing a workout plan for the past 2 months for my abdominals, but something has gone wrong?

In 2019, I came in super chubby at 205 pounds. Over the summer of 2019, I lost 70 pounds. Going down to 135, and it seems as if I've gained muscle since then because now I'm 151 and my torso is slimmer. But the thing is, I still have an some upper body fat to lose. I basically went from super chubby to skinny fat. I want to lose the extra belly fat, love handles, and chest fat, and get lean. I've been on my workout plan for 2 months now doing multiple rounds of ab excercises while eating better. It seems as though my lower abs are starting to flatten, but my upper abs are sticking out and they're not shrinking. They're flaring out and making me look bloated. What do I do?

Ab exercises strengthen the ab muscles.  You cannot spot reduce fat.

First, congraduations on your success and dedication so far.  To drop the belly fat, change your diet.  Fat loss is 80% diet.  Exercise, like ab work, builds the muscle under the fat, it doesn't change the fat.  If you are 15-25 pounds overweight, you will need to change your eating habits to be in a calorie deficit and to continue to eat at a lower calorie level that doesn't result in storing fat.  Your body needs a lot less fuel at 135 than at 150 or 200.

Since you also mentioned bloating, I would encourage you to try a keto diet for two months.  You may not want to do this over the holidays if you don't feel you can stay away from carbs -- just try a calorie deficit and see if that helps.

After the holidays, try eliminating ALL grains, legumes (beans), fruit, juice, milk, and sweeteners (sugars, honey, agave, syrup, etc.) except for stevia and monk fruit.  Still maintain a calorie deficit, but get your calories from vegetables, quality protein, and good fats like olive oil, avocados, and tree nuts.

Fat loss doesn't happen equally to all parts of your body. So you have the tendency to retain fat in your upper body. No worries. Continue your workout routine. Progress will be very slow from now on so you might want to increase the severity of your workout and lessen food intake. This may take years.
