I need help with this for almost 2 weeks now everyday I get symptoms that feel like heart attack symptoms shoulder pain ?

My arm gets kinda numb and tingly and my chest just starts hurting and I always tell my mom I went to a clinic like 2 weeks ago and they did a ekg and I had nothing and a X-ray also nothing can someone tell me what’s going on is it anxiety that’s what my mom always says

Being on a elevator it’s very bad and I need someone to help me with it
