I see some answers with which I cannot agree, but I blame that on the question. Your instructions regarding a quotient and a divisor are as clear as mud. You do provide an arithmetic expression though, and the order of operations gives it only one correct interpretation. Using two different division symbols does not change that order. The two divisions are evaluated from left to right.

    6÷14/15

    = (6÷14)/15

    = (3/7)/15

    = 3/105

    = 1/35

    6 ÷ (14/15)

When dividing by a fraction flip it over and multiply

    6 * 15/14

    90/14

    Reduce the fraction

    45/7 <–––––
