Why are the homeless allowed to pitch a tent or build a make-shift dwelling ANYWHERE, yet home owners and businesses must comply with codes?
They are in California, and they are in every city in California, so do not tell me they are not allowed, as if you do you have never been to California recently and know not what you say!

Need to pass a law to ban homeless from store doors, like every liquor store & grocery store I go too, I got bum pan handlers hitting me up for money.

I wake up every morning pitching a tent and no one has ever asked me for my permit

Why are Republicans allowed to lie their heads off while Democrats are constantly attacked for telling the TRUTH? 8^)
There's an old Jewish saying that God must love poor people, because he made so many of them. In the US, it's the Republicans who have created millions of homeless. So what do you propose?
Put 'em in jail? Not enough jails! Plus it's expensive.
Kick them out? There aren't enough cops in the whole country! Besides, they'll be back when they get kicked out of wherever they went.
B*tch and moan about them? Sure! That doesn't cost anything. It doesn't do anything to solve the problem, but Republicans LOVE to b*tch and moan.

Homeless people get their tents torn down and their tent cities demolished by cities and police officers every day. You’ve obviously never been homeless You should try it. Maybe you’d learn something. You can even get arrested for sleeping in your own automobile. I lived in my car on two occasions for almost 2 years total. I got hassled by the police many times and even forced to choose between being arrested and going to a psychiatric unit by a state trooper one time. Sounds like you’ve led a privileged little life. You don’t even know what it’s like to deal with such hardships. In cold areas of the country homeless people freeze to death every single winter. Did you know that even? It almost happened to me when I was living in my car one particularly cold winter. They also get doused with gasoline and lit on fire (I met a young black guy that this happened to when I was in a hospital burn unit years ago), beaten up, raped and they die on the streets. You really are an arrogant and privileged little twit, aren’t you...

Sounds like you never tried that tent thing. The cops get really rude about it, the public can be dangerous, too.
When you let us camp, we start bringing our homes up to code. Then it's typically bull dozers that remove people.

Because republicans don't care if the homeless die in a fire.
