COVID-19 has literally changed the world, especially for the professionals who are working from home. In order to deal with remote work challenges, managers and workers, both have to revisit their execution strategies. Thanks to modern communication apps (Skype, NetMeeting, Gotomeeting, GoogleMeet etc) for making it possible. I am more in favor of video emails and messages because they provide a more interactive platform as compared to standard email. If staff learns how to deal with these all applications, there is no issue of doing work from home.
