I know it is a tedious task but I am ready to face this challenge. I want to create a video website which gives an option to users to upload their video content on it.

If you don't know coding, you should choose readymade options to create your own video hosting website. YouTube is not a recommended solution because it is full of Ads. Secondly, if you are considering to host all videos with your own hosting provider, it will require huge resources. I think you should go for a designated video platform like StreamingVideoProvider. I personally used it and it is the easiest solution for you.
