Wind noise in roof?

Anytime its any way windy there is a vibration noise  coming from roof, I have a spinning top on my chimney so that should eliminate that.  Its getting very annoying I've been up to the attic and on the roof and I can't figure out what it could be , any suggestions please  , thanks

Update:

The noise was there before I put the spinning top on

On the contrary, that "spinning top" may be the source of the vibration.  I doubt they are built with the finest of German engineered ball bearings.

Down by the eaves there are ventilation grills to keep air circulating in the loft there is maybe somethinglike felt or something in a grill, wait till its windy and go in the loft  and listen to see if you can locate the area
