It's basically salted pork .. which makes sense as in English they call it pork rinds.

Chicharron is fried pork rind; same idea as potato chips but pork skin instead of potato. The taste is unique in that I do not know of anything else that tastes like it.

Ch8charron is nothing more than fried pork rinds.   They do not taste like potato chips, but have a distinctly musty, porky flavor.  They will make you very thirsty while eating them, and they don't keep well.

Not really, they are small pieces of pork rind [dried then fried] so yummy & crunchy.

Chicharon is a quite salty, crispy, and airy cracklings. It is usually made from deep-fried pork belly, ruffle fat or pork rinds. We eat it as appetizer, snack or comfort food. We also dip it in vinegar with chopped red chili and onion. You can buy it in supermarket, kiosks, or vendors you see at night.

They are fried pork skins. Light and airy. BUT, keep a drink nearby as they can take all the moisture out of your mouth and throat very quickly.

Delicious. They are fried pork skins and I love them.

Not like potato chips. It's super crispy and airy. Have you ever deep fried anything and the edges come out extra crisp, but not burnt? They're delicious. And keto!

No, it's delicious deep-fried pork with a little bit of fat on it.
