I don't know about being stoned, but Ducktales and Kim Possible are my two favourite Disney cartoons.

No idea whatsoever... I'll have to suggest my favorite cartoon, Star vs The Forces of Evil. It's from Disney XD, it has 4 seasons and it's all about politics (mostly monarchy), life in society, racism, colonization, life as a teenager, etc.
If you like that kind of stuff it might be fun for ya!
Like you might find yourself watching a few episodes and being like "wooooow.. they're talking about corruption O_o"
