Yes, Of Course Ghee is too much good and healthy for our body and mind. Ghee is clarified butter made from the milk of a buffalo or cow. Ghee has a higher smoke

i think its good. but not better than butter.it has a different taste.  it feels more like what would happen to coke syrup if heated up. i think butter taste so soft and nice on bread and melts nicely. ghee seems more like a syrup. but its cheaper to fry with ghee than with butter. mixed with base oil

i think milk butter is healthier. like kerigold irish cream in the silver packaging..

but i like the classic sweet cream unsalted butter by land o lakes.

It's not. Ghee is about 50% saturated fat.

It's healthier than margarine.  There is nothing wrong with ghee or butter.  Butter is a natural product.  Margarine is artificial--almost plastic.

It's animal fat.   There is nothing healthy about it.    Eaten in moderation it's fine for most people, but if you have a weight problem or family history of heart disease, stay away from it.
