Many have been misled by false teachers who say that the one baptism Paul wrote about is not the same baptism he himself sometimes performed on others, namely water baptism for the forgiveness of one's sins (1Cor 1:14-16).
That's the same baptism Philip performed on the Ethiopian after the HS directed the evangelist to the man (Ac 8:26-40).
Here's a question you might consider posting: Why do some people who claim to be Christians avoid the topic of Ac 8:26-40 altogether? Is it because it totally obliterates their false teaching that the one baptism of Eph 4:5 is HS baptism?
