Why don't humans roam the streets naked like animals and carry out sexual intercourse anywhere at any time just like animals?

In the beginning it might have been like that, if theory of evolution is correct.,Man has learnt from experience that for a stable society that will not work and without a stable society no progress is possible, materially, intellectually or spiritually .So do you want to nullify the wisdom gained from experience and go back to the primitive times

Here in the UK it's too cold to go around naked for all but perhaps 3 days in July.  Plus we won't want to inflict mental scarring on our children.

They tend to get arrested when they do that.   

Animals or at least the vast majority of them only mate when the female is in season. So your premise is wrong.

Well it’s still legal in some places like you can be naked on the sidewalk as long as you aren’t performing sexual acts.

thinks , its a good idea , banging when you feel like it with anyone , yep no complaints either , good idea ..but one problem is women like nagging all the time ..

Clothes protect against the elements, provide some protection against injuries, and provides some protection against some diseases. 

The human species is a tropical species that lives all around the world. We wouldn't be able to do that if we didn't have protection against colder temperatures. We would also see a lot more injuries from brushing against things if clothes didn't take the blunt of many of those encounters. Ever brush against a thorn bush on accident? Yeah, it's nice to have pants on if that happens because a thorn to the dick is not a good time.
