I'm looking to buy a cheap computer that teaches me online tutoring?

I can't rent a regular laptop from RAC because all they have is gaming laptops, but does it really matter to anyone at all?  Why need a gaming laptop, when you have a regular, nice but more normal and more CHEAP laptop? I can't find one anywhere. It's reallty important for me to relearn school and I need to find the perfect cheap kind of gear that sets me up for online grades 4-12 tutoring and mathematical skills. Anywhere closer than my city has no laptops for rent. Any other stores that I can look at?
