Is there an app that allows you to highlight a specific elevation range?
I’m looking for a kind of customizable topography map. So say I wanted to highlight all areas in Oregon with an elevation between 1200 and 2800 ft, or any other specific range. Is there an app that allows you to do this?

THAT would require READING a topo map, which isn't something that can be done yet ................
