Any movies that realistically portray losers?

No sex, no significant other, preferably no friends, not likeable and charming. A high school setting would be good, but it's not needed.

This Boy's Life starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Leo is a financially poor, teen loser of the small town, but has a couple even more loserly friends and has a crappy homelife with a Mom who picks a bore of a husband who treats Leo like garbage

Losing is a cultural viewpoint. If you are married, but married to an abuser, a person who spends everything you make, who is unfaithful to you...etc... is the person who dodged the bullet really the loser?  So great, what if you have kids, and the kids turn out to be monsters? Those who always accumulate things, but are never satisfied with them, versus a person who is a minimalist and is satisfied with what he has in life --- who is the winner? The person who perceives himself to be full, and is happy - or the person who perceives himself to be in lack, and is not happy? So you have a family, but your husband dies and all your kids move away, so that in your old age you are alone, though you thought that in having a family, your end would not be lonely...
