Debbie W Shultz, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden, all democrats, have had their computers hacked, should they have access to classified info?

None of them actually had their computers hacked as far as I know.  Wasserman Schultz was head of the DNC at the time that they had their computers hacked.   Clinton's computers were never hacked.  Ironically, given concerns over its security, her personal server was never hacked (that we know of).  The State Department email system was hacked, but not Clinton's server.  Clinton's Campaign Chair, John Podesta, had his email accounts hacked, but Clinton's own email, and her campaign's email system, was not hacked.  AFAIK, neither Joe Biden, nor anyone close to him, has been hacked.

If you're concerned about information security, then Trump is definitely the last guy you'd want in office.  While, to my knowledge, there's never been definitive evidence of him being hacked, he's committed a shockingly high number of violations of basic information security.  For example, a Dutch researcher recently hacked Trump's twitter account by guessing his password.  It took him just five tries to correctly guess it.  What was the password?  "Maga2020", Trump's campaign slogan.  The same researcher had hacked Trump's Twitter account back in 2016 by guessing the password.  That time it was "yourefired", the catch phrase from Trump's tv show.  Now there's probably not a lot of value in Trump's twitter account, but if he's got passwords that sloppy for his twitter then he probably has them for other things like his email, which might be more valuable.  Then there was the incident in 2017 when Trump reviewed classified documents in the dining room at Mar-a-Lago with members of the public sitting nearby.  Worse yet, they used the cell phones of staffers as flashlights in the darkened room, perhaps exposing the documents to anyone who had hacked those phones.  For several years, Trump himself carried an unsecured personal cell phone with him regularly.  While we don't know for sure that it was hacked it could very well have been and several security experts said that it should be assumed that foreign governments were listening in on any conversation that occurred in the presence of that cell phone.  Then, of course, there was the actual security leak Trump committed.  In an apparent effort to impress the representatives of a hostile foreign dictator, Trump told them about top secret codeword level intelligence, thus exposing intelligence methods not only of the US but of the Israelis, who had given us the information in the first place.  Trump also, at one point, tweeted out a classified photo which contained information which could have informed our enemies of our spying capabilities.  In another instance, in an effort to impress a journalist, he blabbed about the existence of a previously unknown American weapons system.

Bottom line, Trump is an information security nightmare.

They shouldn't even have computers in the detention center.

All three are private citizens who don't currently have access to classified info. If Biden wins he will use government provided computers who's security will be monitored. Unfortunately when he first arrives the security will be monitored by people Trump hired so it'll probably be worthless and secured by a Russian spy.
