How do I remove computer programs that I don't see on the control panel?

I'm getting spammed with pop ups that my Mcafee term is up and also I'm getting spamming with PC Accelerate pop ups. I'm using Windows 10 and I can't find the programs so I can uninstall them.

Install and run Malwarebytes. Let it get rid of anything bad that it finds. Install and run CC cleaner remove anything that you see from the startup manager inside of CC cleaner and run the registry cleaner. Yes McAfee is not on the uninstall list and you just can't get rid of it you may have to boot your computer up with Linux mint and look in your program files while you're inside of Linux mint and delete all of the offending files don't do this unless you know what you're doing because if you boot up into Linux and you don't know what you're doing you might delete something that you need for your computer to start up you can go into program files and program data and delete just about anything from inside them it should not stop your computer from booting up but don't go outside of those two folders

those 'pop-ups' COULD be triggered by cookies buried somewhere in you HDD, so give your system a good DEEP cleaning, throw-out ALL the cookies you find, and see if that helps.  You can clean-up thru your Windows menu ...............
