Will I be under a fraud radar forever? ?
I have committed fraud in the past. I've written checks from empty bank accounts, paid credit cards from empty bank accounts, and have tried to pay myself through paypal. When I make payments to my credit cards, specifically through Citi, my account is only credited for 1 second, then drops back. The card is maxed out. I called them and the guy gave me the run around telling me that my credit will reset in a few weeks. Why do these people lie to me? He made up some story saying that it is because I maxed out the card. I've made a big payment to the card, and I do not have access to the funds at all.
I've made poor financial decisions which caused me to be really poor and bankrupt. It is so sad when you try to overdraft your bank account and your card is declined in public. People stare at you and parents tell their children never to become like that. Even a 7 year old knows how to manage money compared to me. I had no intentions to commit fraud, I just needed money. I'm incredibly poor and I work a low wage job that pays less than a McDonalds worker.
I want to get off the fraud radar. How do I do that? Please help me, because just recently, the bank took away overdraft services and I tried to eat, and it took a partial payment. I am filing a dispute to get the money back.

One hour ago you posted AGAIN that you plan to pay your credit card with a fraudulent check AND that you live in Phoenix. I cannot believe how foolish and stupid you are. Yes, to answer you question, expect a visit from the Police.

Yes...approximately 7 years for everything to clear off your record.
Even then, if you happen to get a job somewhere and there is a person or people there who recognize you from a previous job...THEY WILL go to your boss and tell them about the fraud.
Find a way to fix yourself. Maybe join the Army so you will be away from temptation.

You have to not commit any fraudulent activities for over 7 years. Every time you do something wrong it sets the clock back. And eventually you will not be able to get a job anywhere that handles money or credit or valuables...that means a sucky minimum wage job forever.
Now look for a book called "Budgets for Happiness and Success". The very first chapter is for people like you who need a fresh start.
So get that book (see if you can find a cheap download first) and then buy 2 lbs of dried beans, 2 lbs of rice, 1 box of chicken or beef bullion cubes and 4 cans of tomatoes and you have enough food to last until your next pay day. It is not exciting food...but you will have a full tummy all week.
