What do I need for music recording on a budget?

I'm  interested in recording music, considering I'm stuck at home because of COVID. Any microphone recommendations? Also, what equipment would I need to pull this off? I'm not talking an elaborate studio, but enough to record tracks that sound quality. Thank you.

    Take a look at the Tascam DR-05x 2.   It has pretty good Mics and will probably be the least expensive way of recording live music with reasonable results.
