If interviewer said "Please watch your e-mail for a couple of days." Is this means that only accepted candidate will receive mail?

    No, it does not.  It only means that they want you to watch your e-mail.  They want send e-mails to several candidates asking for second interviews or for references or background checks or whatever.

    no.  i've gotten rejection emails and job offer emails.
