    We don't know what you experienced.  Some things that might occur:

    *  Technical issues at a register

    *  Irate customer

    *  Wrong items ring up

    *  Wrong shipment comes in

    *  Someone else overstocked (understocked) items

    *  Personnel issues (as a manager mainly)

    I'd have concerns that you had a problem figuring out this question about problem solving skills.

    All they're asking us for an example of a problem that came up in grocery store and u had to use what u know to solve the problem. Example: customers buys a gallon of milk it rings up for $3.89 a gallon. But customers states that's not right item has a yellow sticker below milk saying it's on sale for $3.50 a gallon. To solve the problem u have the bagger to go check and the milk actually is on sale. So u honor sale price of milk
