does my employer have to reissue my check?

I was 17 when i first started working as a temporary there and was given a check for my first pay because i didn’t have a bank account. to cash that check i needed an ID, but i couldn’t get one. Im 18 now and it’s been over the 90 day limit for me to cash my check. im just curious if my employer legally has to reissue my check since i couldn’t cash it within the 90 day limit

If you still have the check they should have no problem voiding it and replacing it.

How do you get a job without an ID?

Ask them for reissue and if they are a good co. they will.  Otherwise, good luck.
