does my employer have to reissue my check?
I was 17 when i first started working as a temporary there and was given a check for my first pay because i didn’t have a bank account. to cash that check i needed an ID, but i couldn’t get one. Im 18 now and it’s been over the 90 day limit for me to cash my check. im just curious if my employer legally has to reissue my check since i couldn’t cash it within the 90 day limit
I called today and my old manager told me that she would contact payroll but she wasn't sure if they would reissue it

4 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 months agocan i deposit my check, at a chase bank atm, with a card that isn't affiliated with chase bank?
i'm a minor (17) and i just got paid for the first time, and me being a dumbass i didn't setup any type of money deposit beforehand. i got a check but i can't cash it because i don't have any form of id (except my student id from my high school), and i can't get a state issued id (ohio) because i don't have my social security card (which is going to take 10 business days to get to me -- way too long of a wait to get my money). my check was written from chase bank, and the paycard that i setup afterwards is an exceed card which is issued by metabank. so i'm curious if i can deposit my check at a chase bank atm and receive it on my paycard
1 AnswerPersonal Finance9 months agoweird glitching on my computer?
My computer s doing this weird glitchy thing? Kinda tearing, I guess, but I can t figure out what s wrong or how to fix it. I don t think it s a problem with my monitor, because the screen glitches more when I m watching youtube or, right now as I m typing. As if every pixel change causes the glitching. I m running the newest version of Linux Mint on my HP Omni 100 PC and my graphics card is a [AMD/ATI] RS880M [Mobility Radeon HD 4225/4250]. Video here of the glitching: https://vimeo.com/393843944
