weird glitching on my computer?

My computer s doing this weird glitchy thing? Kinda tearing, I guess, but I can t figure out what s wrong or how to fix it. I don t think it s a problem with my monitor, because the screen glitches more when I m watching youtube or, right now as I m typing. As if every pixel change causes the glitching. I m running the newest version of Linux Mint on my HP Omni 100 PC and my graphics card is a [AMD/ATI] RS880M [Mobility Radeon HD 4225/4250]. Video here of the glitching: https://vimeo.com/393843944

    Definately a video problem, but don't know what you are going to do about it. You have a 10 year old All-In-One computer. Same restrictions as having a laptop.

    probably ur graphics card having problems or over heating GPU.
