In the despicable crimes chart, sex crimes are way up there while, murder is only a bit above the middle.

As the saying goes majority of the population are dumb fcks. The world is run by very few intelligent ones including the one who is incharge of the justice system which gives maximum punishment to the murderers compared to the rapists.
