Lunch ideas for a building site?

Need some easy lunch ideas, Ideally something i can freeze and that doesnt need heating up, something that i can eat once its defrosted. Thanks

    best thing is a sandwich.  and cold pizza is pretty good. spaghetti also is okay cold. best regards.

    I eat almost any dinner item cold for lunch (Pasta dishes, chicken dishes, meatloaf etc) they can all be frozen and are just fine to eat cold.
