Can brake caliper pistons lose pressure?
My Dodge Challenger has 4 piston Brembo Brakes, however, on my passenger rear tire, there’s a clicking noise when my car is moving. It comes and goes. But I believe it is coming from my break pad hitting the housing or the rotor due to a lose piston. Is this a possibility ? I want to know before I buy a whole caliper and that not being the issue
Anyone have an idea of what it could be ?

Sounds like the dust shield , sometimes called backing plate. Either , so grit has got in between that and the back of the rotor or it is badly corroded and bits of it are falling off into that gap.

A bad piston would not create that noise but a loose pad might. If a caliper piston was worn enough to wobble in the bore you would be loosing fluid fast

Since you obviously don't know a damn thing about repairing brakes do yourself a favor and find a mechanic. You don't need a caliper. You may need brake pads and rotors though.
