v = 2 R pi / T = 2R pi f
a = 4 R^2 pi^2 f^2 / R = 4 R pi^2 f^2
f = (1/(2pi)) √(a / R)
f = (1/(2pi)) √(8.8 / 56) = 0.063 Hz
1 Hz = 60 rpm
f = 0.063 * 60 = 3.78 rpm
