How to block somebody on Facebook that already has blocked me?

Question

This seems maybe a weird question since that person who blocked me I cannot see anymore, but the problem is, 'now and then' this person unblocks me, sends me some random 'crap' and then blocks me again. But I cannot block this person while that person has blocked me. So how can I block a person in Facebook that already has blocked me, but cannot send me anything by just unblocking me shortly and then reblock me again.

# Daniel sound smarter but i don't think he is.
However make a second account, i did it and Report him, not him, his comments but, don't granted victory yet.
First he will be warning, second a 24 hour suspension, third a 3 days, 4th a week and last time a 30 days suspension.
After the 5th reported comment he will be suspended for 30 days, now you send a Message, how it feels and several laughing emoticons.
Yeaa.. Daniel says report him but he just unblock you to tell you SCHIT, then block you again but you are able to recieve the Message but not to answer, happened to me a lot, phuckem, i got two accounts, it is the only way boy.

You cant you have to Wait for them to Unblock you If they Unblock you

Only then you can Block them by going to there Profile and click on the Block Button

Since you cant get to there Profile you cant Block them Back

If I'm guessing correctly, you should be able to block anyone if you know their fb name.

Go to Account-Settings & Privacy-Settings-Blocking, then in the Block Users box, type the name there, then click Block.
