I never got suspended or in school suppression. But I did get an after school detention when I was in 6th grade because I skipped lunch detention for missing homework. I didn't get anything extra at home.

I was smacked on the back of the hand with a ruler for not saying "Yes, sir" to my science teacher. My daughter had detention once for being late to school. That's all. No, neither of us was punished at home.
