Is there an agenda to keep shut-down until Biden is officially in office?

I believe that instead of venting at the more productive people of the decent incoming Biden/Harris admin.; YOU should instead be asking why uneducated CHUMP supporters in particular have shown such DISRESPECT for OTHERS by ignoring the guidelines in the first place.

WE now have over 270,000 deaths because of the virus situation right NOW. And when WE only had around 80,000 deaths and then 100,000 deaths and 150,000 all that I heard from you CHUMP supporters is your constant baby venting about your drunk redneck bars being closed. ACTIONS have consequences. The LAST thing on the mind of us decent Democrats has been to use the deaths of people as a political tool.

That is a CHUMP thing, WE Democrats have always been the people trying to get CHUMP to give federal help to given states and tell his SUPPORTERS to LISTEN to Dr. Fauci..INSTEAD of CHUMP constantly downplaying the situation because CHUMP doesn't give a F= about YOU.

Yup.  Keep the shut downs active and stifle left wing terrorism for now.  It's the fastest way to keep Americans prisoners in their homes while you steal an election, yet make them feel safe at the same time.

Biden can't direct a shut down, but he can support the experts, and support governors who do the right thing.  If a shut down is the right thing, then that's what will happen.  If they gave everyone 2K and shut down for a month, we probably;y wouldn't need a vaccine.  But I can tell you what Biden won't do; he won't be giving money to people who don't need it.  I got $1200 and I didn't need it.  I used it to "stimulate the economy" by spending it. 

Another conservative looking for excuse when Biden succeeds. It sounds an awful lot like the one trump spouted. "The virus will disappear if Biden is elected". Do you realize how desperate you cons look with all of your made up stories?

There is no federal lock down, so there's nothing for Biden to end...
