Is the term "Snowflake" a Liberal or Conservative?

Wikipedia states:  "an inflated sense of uniqueness, an unwarranted sense of entitlement, or are overly-emotional, easily offended, and unable to deal with opposing opinions," Dem or Rep? Lib or Conserv?
