This scriptural reference was referring to the gifts Jesus gave his apostles and they were not granted the right to pass those gifts onto anyone else on the earth at that time.

Speaking in tongues when you don't understand what you're saying = demon possession. Church = Orthodox only who obeys Orthodox rules; Christian = Orthodox only who obeys Orthodox rules. If Orthodox stop obeying Orthodox rules, then they're not Orthodox and serve Satan. COVID measures are from Satan. Ecumenism is from Satan. Modern documents are from Satan. Modern food is from Satan. Electricity is from Satan; you can't pray using electricity; you have to use wax candles. There are many rules to follow. That's why Jesus wonders (in the Bible) whether He will find true faith when He returns to kill the antichrist.
