idea for purpetual energy engine?
it requires zero gravity or very low gravity like in space i don't know how we would get the energy back to earth but anyway. u get 2 energy cells and a turbine in zero gravity and use the energy cells to spin the turbine the turbine should produce enough energy to recharge the energy cell and produce plenty of extra energy. at 50% charge it swaps cells and the cell recharges and they bounce back and forth like that,

It won't produce enough energy to recharge the energy cell. Spinning a turbine takes more energy than the turbine produces. And energy cells give less energy than it takes to recharge them.

Perpetual motion requires an energy source, by the laws of physics. Efficiencies and friction are always factors.
You can make what appears to be perpetual motion with magnets, but eventually it stops. In space using sun energy you can get pretty far, and there is a concept of using solar winds displayed visually by auroras.

There is friction even in a vacuum without gravity. That's why it won't work.
