can i take ibuprofen after my endoscopy ?

i had my endoscopy 6 hours ago and my period cramps are unbearable

    An Endoscopy has NOTHING to do with your private area.  The Endoscopy tube  goes in through your mouth.

    Yes, It has to help, but you need to eat something before and drink at least 200ml of water.

    Thank goodness competent endoscopy services provide emergency phone numbers for situations exactly like this.

    If that's what you normally take, ibuprofen would be fine. Having an endoscopy isn't a factor, except that you'd need to eat something first since your stomach would be empty.

    Its something they would probably advise if you don't have ongoing stomach issues.  Should be fine but if worried speak to a doctor.
