How do I make my cat get along with my dog?

My cat, Boo Boo, is a generally good cat. She gets along with my other cat, Spooky, and my guinea pig, Ohna. But, not with my dog. I can understand why though, he chases her, and sniffs her aggressively. She hisses and scratches him when he does that. How do i make them get along? Boo Boo is about 9 or 10 years old. Spooky is 14 years, My dog is 2 years, and Ohna is 4 years. Maybe it's because hes younger? i dont know.

Not the cat that is the issue, it is your unsocialised, untrained, under exercised and uncorrected dog..and that means you are the issue

It's not the cat that's the problem here, it's the dog. He is looking at the cat as prey. The cat is reacting as she should in the face of what she sees as a life threatening situation. That's how she sees the dog. You have to somehow stop the dog from chasing her. I don't know how you're going to do that though.
