Should a person allergic to penicillin take the COVID-19 vaccine?

    People who are allergic to penicillin are really allergic to penicillium mold.

    If this is the only thing you are allergic to, it's unlikely that the covid-19 vaccine would be an issue for you, since it's has no connection to penicillium.

    Depends. A lot of people claim a drug "allergy" when they've only experienced unpleasant side effects. But if you've ever had a severe drug reaction or suffered anaphylaxis, my guess is they'd advise against it.
