Do you think that the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, filed that lawsuit against PA, MI, WI and GA to get a pardon from Trump?

Is sure looks like that to me.

    That is sound logic in my book.  I imagine the presidential pardons issued will be plentiful to all his loyalists.

    Most of the suits that were dismissed because the plaintiff didn't have standing .  A state has standing and Texas has gone before the SCOTUS before and has won many cases .  Sen. Ted Cruz has argued before the SCOTUS successfully for Texas and will represent Texas this time . Ken Paxton has had the Dems. after him before because he is fearless and successful .
