I like to consider myself a rational thoughtful person, but others might disagree.
How do you think the government should respond to the recent mass shooting?
I believe weapons of this kind should be banned outright. I don't see where they have any benefit in a civilized society except in the hands of well trained law enforcement. But I understand that many believe a private citizen (who's not crazy) has the absolute right to not only own these types of weapons but to carry them around anytime and almost anywhere. So my question to those people is what should the government do? Nothing and hope for the best? Encourage more people to carry these weapons? Expand the use of the death penalty to discourage people to commit these crimes?
9 AnswersGovernment1 month agoMeghan said that her passport, keys and driver's license were taken away from her. What do you make of that?
I was thinking what if she just refused to give it to them - what would they have done? And by taking them away, does that mean she couldn't get them back anytime she wanted by just asking for them? Obviously, it made her feel more like a prisoner - and that's understandable to me - but was it just about keeping them in a safe place where she would have access to them whenever she wanted? I would really like to hear from the palace about this.
8 AnswersLaw & Ethics2 months agoRepublicans: if you had your choice would you want Trump to stay president in 2021 or have another Republican?
Obviously you would want Trump or any other Republican in over Biden, but that's not what I'm asking.
3 AnswersPolitics4 months agoDo you think the Democrats figured out a way to keep Republican's home today in Georgia?
All reports sat that the polling places are empty! And that's after over 3 million early votes were cast!
7 AnswersPolitics4 months agoIs Trump's phone call to Brad Raffensperger, Georgia's Secretary of State, criminal offense ?
In case you haven't heard, in a phone call to Raffensperger, Trump asked him to “find 11,780 votes” that would put him in the lead over Biden, after Georgia already certified its results.
Trump also threatened Raffensperger with the possibility of criminal charges unless he comes up with the votes to overturn the election results. You know, that’s a criminal — that’s a criminal offense. And you know, you can’t let that happen,” Trump says on the call. “That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. That’s a big risk.”

Any other president you can think of who this happened to?
2 AnswersElections5 months agoDear Trump Supporters. I am trying my best to understand your mindset, so please answer the following yes or no:?
1. The election was a fraud and Trump would have won if only legal votes had been counted.
2. The Supreme Court should have accepted the case and ruled in Trump's favor.
3. Covid 19 is a hoax or at the, very least, greatly exaggerated
4. The Theory of Evolution is a hoax.
5. Earth is much closer to 6000 years old than 4.5 billion.
6. The Moon landing was a Hoax.
7. The Earth is flat.
8. The Holocaust was a hoax or, at the very least, greatly exaggerated.
Thank you for your time.
4 AnswersPolitics5 months agoDo you think that the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, filed that lawsuit against PA, MI, WI and GA to get a pardon from Trump?
Is sure looks like that to me.
2 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 months agoCan someone please explain to me how Texas can sue 4 other States for counting mail-in ballots? ?
I'm unfamiliar with such a thing - are you? Is that a lawsuit that should even be considered by a Court? If so, should the 4 states counter-sue Texas for its counting of votes?
22 AnswersLaw & Ethics5 months agoDo you think the Governor from Georgia should respond to Trump's tweet calling him a "moron" and "nut job"?
I think he should. Start out by calling him a "fat fraud" and, one tweet at a time, repeat all the lies Trump has told and fraud he has perpetrated. Start out with Trump University and the Trump Organization. So much to work with.
5 AnswersPolitics5 months agoShould Trump dump Pence and add Melissa Carrone to his ticket when he runs in 2024?
I think Carrone perfectly personifies Republican party.
3 AnswersPolitics5 months agoTo Trump supporters: please answer the following questions yes or no?
1. Trump should declare martial law and re-hold the elections under military supervision.
2. One of Trump's lawsuits should be taken by the U.S. Supreme Court who should declare that all mail-in votes were invalid and declare Trump the winner.
3. All swing state politicians and poll workers who refuse to acknowledge fraud should be jailed and not let out until they admit there was fraud.
4. Same as #3 but to speed things up the politicians and poll workers should be waterboarded until they admit to fraud.
5. If Biden is sworn in as president, armed Republicans should take to the streets and revolt.

6 AnswersBaseball8 years agoName an under-rated album from a great band.?
I'll start. "No Code" by Pearl Jam. I guess one of the common "narratives" of Pearl Jam is that their first album "Ten" was one of the great debut albums of all time, and that each of their next few albums was inferior to the predecessor. But give "No Code" (their 4th studio album) another listen. Just some terrific songs here, with a tribute to Neil Young (Smile) and the mellow side of Bruce Springsteen (Off He Goes).
6 AnswersRock and Pop8 years agoTop 10 basketball players of all time?
Having been thinking of the top 10, but only coming up with 9 definite ones, I'm pretty sure I've got a good list but I'd like to hear from others. I'm not putting it in order, but first, I would start out with the 3 great centers: Russell, Chamberlain and Jabbar. I think it's easy to name 3 of the non-centers - Jordan, Bird and Magic. The next person I would put on the list is Oscar Robertson. 2 are active players: Lebron and Kobe. So that's my 9. Now if I'd have to name a tenth, I would go with Moses Malone -- but I could see an argument for Shaq, Olajuwon, Stockton, Karl Malone, Julius Erving, Jerry West, George Mikan, Eljin Baylor, Tim Duncan and perhaps a few others.
