Is Trump's phone call to Brad Raffensperger, Georgia's Secretary of State, criminal offense ?

In case you haven't heard, in a phone call to Raffensperger, Trump asked him to “find 11,780 votes” that would put him in the lead over Biden, after Georgia already certified its results.

Trump also threatened Raffensperger with the possibility of criminal charges unless he comes up with the votes to overturn the election results. You know, that’s a criminal — that’s a criminal offense. And you know, you can’t let that happen,” Trump says on the call. “That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. That’s a big risk.”

I’m not sure if they can make charges stick for that phone call, but it’s incredibly unethical. Trump never specifically asked him to commit a crime. He just implied and suggested it. Any person with half a brain knows this is completely inappropriate, just like the Ukraine call was. This is becoming a pattern for trump. He likes to call people and ask them to do illegal things for him, but he asks in a way that he doesn’t explicitly mention a request for a specific illegal act. Raffensburger has already shown that he has a conscience, so maybe he will do the right thing and make a statement to the FBI and testify in court if necessary.

Trump learned NOTHING from the impeachment. I think it was Senator Susan Collins that said she was voting to acquit in the impeachment trial because she believed trump had “learned his lesson.” Well, he did almost the exact same thing again, but this time might be worse. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE TRUMP HAS LEARNED HIS LESSON, SENATOR COLLINS?!?! The only lesson he learned was that he can do whatever the hell he wants, and the republicans in congress will protect him. His supporters are of course defending him as usual. Will they finally see the light when he goes to prison?

Yes it is. It's election fraud. He was trying to intimidate Raffensperger and voter intimidation is a huge no-no. He was also threatening criminal charges. Trump has really lost it this time. And there's no getting out of it either.
