The Steelers and New England are both in the AFC, and therefore cannot possibly face each other in the Super Bowl under the current format. The closest they could come would be if they faced each other in the AFC championship game.

This year (2020) the Patriots aren't doing too well. They are 2 games out of the playoff hunt with only 3 games remaining. So it seems very unlikely that they will make the playoffs this year.

The Steelers and the Patriots cannot play each other in the Super Bowl, since they are in the same league. I would go with the Packers and the Steelers.
