Higly doubt it.Moveing a team requires the host city to have a NFL stadium in place.Washington has a fairly good fan base so there is no reason to move them.

There are thoughts of a new stadium in DC or Virginia, but not moving the team to another area.

Yes he will but the NFL will give DC a new team when a new team is formed in both divisions. Dan Snyder will move his team to Las Vegas.

No. Snyder has alot of terrible attributes, but he is VERY local and loyal.
Further, anyone who would buy the team would be absolutely FOOLISH to leave. Washington is a VERY rich major market. 4 of the 10 richest counties in America are DC suburbs. If some fool moved out of this market, every owner of every poor team in the league would climb into the octagon to fight for the right to move to DC.
