I never tell people that because I'm a lazy bastard. Not lazy so much just tired from decades of hardwork lol

Yeah, they're full of crap. The best people I've ever met are humble. And the hardest working are usually too busy working to brag about how they work hard. If someone at work behaves as though they're god's gift to the company, everyone else knows that they're going to be picking up a lot of that person's slack.
