Is this a good meal plan to gain lean muscle mass for a 26 y/o 140 pound man?

    You could go higher on the protein. 2.2x is the usual rule of thumb so about 308g

    Fat is WAY too high. It's half your calories. You should at least cut that in half. 

    Carbs are too low. If you want to put on muscle you need to have energy to exercise intensely and that energy comes from carbs.
