Should I resign or keep my job (told not to attend this indoctrination date at work)?
Hey friends,
I’m not scheduled to work on this date due to supervisor telling a few employees not to attend this overtime shift, but to resume normal shift patterns starting next shift. I’m asking this because I fear I will be sacked based on their ideas or because the indoctrinate employees will get me fired in order to establish a utopian society with likeminded people.
Should I keep or resign my job?

Giving how difficult is seems to be for you to get jobs, I don’t know why you would consider quitting over a perceived situation. You word choice continues to be odd (indoctrination and utopian society to describe a work situation) and makes me wonder about your overall grasp on reality. Aren’t you the same person who posted a whole bunch of questions about the issues you had with employment after you claimed to be a pedophile? Are you under the care of a mental health professional?

If everybody resigned their jobs based on what they thought that another group of employees who were at a meeting might do in the future...
no one would have a job.
Based on your question I get that these employees who are told to attend the meting are the ones that are the 'PROBLEM EMPLOYEES' and this is a way to get them in a group to tell them their behavior will no longer be tolerated.
But, if there is something that yo are not telling us that makes you sure that these employees will instead turn on you and make your life miserable...then YES..by all means look for a new job where this will not happen to you.
Considering the unemployment rate and the fact that it is winter...I wouldn't resign form a job.
