I was being dumb and melted the plastic pot i kept my food it, is the food inside still fine to eat? It won’t be like chemically harmful because of the melted plastic will it?

The food in it will not taste good, and there may be chemicals that get into your food that could be harmful where the plastic melted. Toss the whole thing, food and all.

food now contains bisphenol A and phthalates . they are estrogen mimicing chemicals that act like miracle - gro for tumors .

Seeing how plastic is made from petro, I couldn't recommend it. Probably won't kill you, but will stay in your system, maybe attack your brain.
