Why do YouTube videos require more than one flag to get the YouTube video removed?

    I would assume that they require more than one person to flag a video before it is removed so that a person who is mad at someone can not go on YouTube and get all that person's videos removed as a way of attacking them.  It helps to assure that the flag is legit and not just someone trying to screw up another person.

    YouTube videos are automatically screen by an algorithm. So they usually get deleted upon upload.
